I read many reviews on many car seats and chose this one. I am happy with the price, convenience and safety of the seat. The only problem I have with it is that my grandson falls asleep and the “recline” isn’t much of anything. It still sits up so straight that he hangs his head forward and rests his chin on his chest.
I switch it between my car and his mom’s car with ease. It is lightweight and very easy to hookup. Much easier than his infant seat was. The adjustable straps for the LATCH system are extremely easy to use. We also connect the seatbelt through the back as added protection. It glides easily through the padding.
It was easy to “assemble”. The cup holder and cubby holes are convenient enough for him to reach even at the age of one. It holds a sippy cup or bottle without them falling out with the first bump.
If I decide we need 2 car seats, I think I’ll buy this one again.

The product description mentions a minimum height and weight which my 9 1/2-month old matches. However, when you read the instructions included in the box it adds the fact that your kid must be a year old. I guess I should’ve seen it coming since it’s called a TODDLER car seat in the description (but not the title?). Bah.

I’m not sure that I am going to keep this car seat because my 11 1/2 month old can undo the chest strap and get an arm out while completely buckled in. I think that when she is older it will benefit us better, but for now, I think this car seat is not for us. However, I do like the fact that every piece can be easily taken out and washed.

Hated this car seat, took it right back to the store.
The crotch strap is so far back you have to dig for it when you’re trying to strap your child in.
Also, it it made out of cheap fabric, you can tell it’s flimsy just by looking at it.
My son is 3 1/2 at 40 lbs. and he looks too big for it.
please don’t buy this piece of crap.

Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat in Matrix
Just bought Graco Nautilus, diappointed. I have a older car that doesn’t have the latch system. The shoulder belt is unable to be tightened correctly, so the car seat moves back and forth as the car moves. Also, when my 3 year old fell asleep his head had zero support and just hung forward, even in the “recline” position of the seat. We had a Brittax round about prior to purchasing the Graco Nautilis. Now, we need to buy another car seat. We are looking at the Brittax Regent or Brittax Frontier.
